Painting after beach combing.
Booth Set up at Lucketts Vinyard. Was such an amazing day!
Booth setup for NS Art and Craft Show at the Cedar Event Center. Far exceeded my expectations.
Amazing art show with 3 very talented ladies. "Afternoon Bouquet" was the most uplifting day during a dreary January.
Opening night at Argyle Fine Art 2024 Pre Shrunk show, with my accepted pieces behind me and my oldest boy.

Connection

A bit about me, the artist.
I am a mom of three little humans. Making way through life using Art as my source of income for the 4 of us. What began as a hobby, progressed to a fulltime job as I navigated chronic illness with children. Art allows me to make my own schedule and slow down when i need the rest.
Born and raised on the coast of Nova Scotia, I find my creative influences in nature. The ocean, trees, the amazing beauty and uniqueness that outdoors offers all of us.
The connection of all things has been my main focus in my art, how there is no life without the pollinators (bees) and water, the way beautiful mushrooms grow from death. It is all fascinating, vital, and inspiring.
Colour brings me so much joy, and I feel we can all use more colour in our day to day. It's there if you stop and look for it.
I feel truly grateful to have been given the gift of creativity and that I can use it to bring happiness to others.
